Whenever you promote yourself, a business, an idea, or anything else its a good idea to get it out into the world. To do that you need items, and plenty of them.
What are some items you ask? Well, they vary greatly but here are some common ones.
Pens
Promotional items start with pens. Its a staple of promoting yourself that you have a pen that represents you, your idea, or your business. If you dont you might as well go get some because someone is expecting to get a pen from you.
Bags
Bags are important because theyre what can house the rest of your items. Having a bag full of promotional items is a great idea. Not only is it easy storage for you, but the person receiving the bag will love the surprises that are inside!

Buttons and badges make great promotional items. You seem them mostly during election times because people love to sport buttons and support their candidate. But that doesnt mean you cant have them ready, some people collect that kind of stuff, and others just love to wear them.

If you set up a display at say, a job fair, having balloons is a fun idea to get yourself noticed. People will take heed of your creativity. If all else fails, children love them and their parents will love you for making their kid happy.
