If you are looking for a great marketing tool that can be used in many ways then a promotional conference bag just may be the ticket. These things are just so handy. Generally they are well made enough to last for a good long while. That means that your message on the side will be seen for a long time. You can have your employees use these when you have a get together and there is stuff to be carried in. Imagine the scenario, a group of your people bouncing into work, with all of their accouterments tucked nicely into matching company bags. Looks good!

One common bag used is the type that is made of burlap and has 2 straps for holding. These hold their shape nicely because of the hard piece inserted in the bottom. That is a really nice touch I think because then you can pack the bag without it pushing everything to one side. You will use it again and you can carry things without anything getting squished like fruit or vegetables. We all have seen certain companies that sell these inexpensively at their establishment. Otherwise the alternative is being to loaded down with stuff to enjoy the experience. When you can relax and wander through the crowd from table to table you are able to absorb more information. You really do actually need some of the info that you get when you take a printed pen or a logo umbrella. I love the shows that give little take home sample products! I have tried flavored rums and hand cremes that I otherwise would not have even looked at in this way

When sponsoring or vending at a trade show, the truth is more people see the carrying bag and the info on the outside, instead of other items that are handed out. The bag will be used repeatedly for carrying groceries or other supplies later too.
